Omnigel 300

Applications

MicroGel takes impregnating oils to a new level. Intended for use in the oil reservoir surrounding the bearing, the MicroGel allows the synthetic impregnating oil suspended in the gel to migrate into the bearing providing extended bearing life. MicroGel contains no soap grease thickeners. It is actually a gel form of the impregnating oil. The OmniGel series are based on our Omnilube plastic compatible oils and are intended for use in conjunction with powder metal bearings that have been impregnated with these same oils. The first number in the name refers to the Omnilube base oil used, the second number is the NLGI grade. Other MicroGels are available based on our Syntroil series of powder metal bearing lubricants.
