Syngel 217-1
Applications
MicroGel takes impregnating oils to a new level. Intended for use in the oil reservoir surrounding the bearing, the MicroGel allows the synthetic impregnating oil suspended in the gel to migrate into the bearing providing extended bearing life. MicroGel contains no soap grease thickeners. It is actually a gel form of the impregnating oil. Syngel 217-2 is a little thicker and heavier than the 217-1. The SynGel series are based on our Syntroil impregnating oils. They are intended for use in conjunction with powder metal bearings impregnated with these same oils. Other MicroGels are available based on the Omnilube plastic compatible impregnating oils.
